Star Wars jobs hit this summer
PowerWash Simulator 2 is getting a paid Star Wars expansion this summer, adding six new cleaning jobs across locations and vehicles pulled from the original trilogy.
The DLC will cost $10 and is planned for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2.
Tatooine to Hoth
Players will scrub down a mix of iconic Star Wars spots, including the Lars homestead, an X-wing and a Star Destroyer bridge.
The expansion includes six locations in total, with jobs set on worlds such as Tatooine and Hoth.
P0-W2 leads the crossover
These levels come with a custom powerwasher and put players in the role of a labor droid called P0-W2.
Co-op is supported for up to four players, and developer FuturLab is teasing plenty of Star Wars Easter eggs across the new maps.
Empire first, Rebels later
The story is set during the original Star Wars trilogy. Players start out taking contracts for the Galactic Empire before switching sides to the Rebel Alliance.
That setup gives the expansion a little more structure than a standard map pack, while still sticking to the series' usual low-stakes cleanup loop.
More crossover churn continues
FuturLab has already turned PowerWash into a crossover machine. The first game previously added packs based on Final Fantasy, Tomb Raider, Back to the Future and Shrek.
