No Rest for the Wicked still coming to console; Sold 1.7m on PC
Moon Studios says No Rest for the Wicked is still coming to consoles as it pushes toward 1.0. The Early Access action RPG has now sold 1.7 million copies.
Console launch still on track
Moon Studios says it still plans to bring No Rest for the Wicked to consoles, using the game’s two-year Early Access anniversary to remind players that console versions are still in development alongside the push toward version 1.0.
In a new Steam update, the studio said it is "hard at work" on the full release and told console players directly that they have not been forgotten.
Sales keep climbing
The anniversary message also updated the game’s commercial success. No Rest for the Wicked has now sold 1.7 million copies, up from the 1.5 million figure Moon Studios celebrated in February.
That is a big amount for a game that is still unfinished and only available in Early Access on Steam. The action RPG launched in April 2024 and has spent the last two years adding features and reworking parts of the experience based on player feedback.
- Current status: Early Access on PC
- Next big milestone: full 1.0 launch
- Console plans: still in development
- Copies sold: 1.7 million and counting

Increased price with final version
The update is both a thank-you and a promise to keep improving the game. It said players have helped shape the project by supporting it and pushing the team to make it better.
Moon Studios has already said it plans to raise the game’s price to $60 when version 1.0 arrives, so get it for cheaper if you are interested while you can.
